By submitting your personal data, you are authorising Colony Bakery and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore as your supplier, and its affiliates as the payment gateway processors:
1. To use your data for the purpose of processing the payment transaction and,
2. To retain your data for future reference of the transaction.
COLLECTION OF GOODS
Any order must be placed at least 6 hours in advance. The customer agrees that any special request or expedited order is subject to the discretion of Colony Bakery. All uncollected goods after the indicated collection time by the customer is considered sold.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
A delivery charge of SGD 10 is fixed per location, and is limited to one location per order. Kindly note that Colony Bakery does not provide delivery to restricted zones in Singapore that include but are not limited to airports, cargo and sea ports, military bases, construction sites and Jurong Island.
EXCHANGE POLICY: REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
We regret that no refunds, exchanges, cancellations or amendments are applicable once payment is processed and completed online. Any special request is subject to the discretion of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning payment of a pervious order or who, in the hotel's opinion, presents any form of risk. Any information given by the customer remains his/her sole responsibility and any anomalies generated by him/her may not be born by The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore nor shall the hotel be liable for any loss or damage occasioned thereby, in the event that it becomes impossible to carry out the order and achieve a successful outcome.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Colony Bakery reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity that will be indicated for each product or product range.
